Our Story
Built for the
slow morning
The Shed started as a simple idea: what if a neighborhood café actually felt like a neighborhood café? Not a chain, not a trend — just a warm space where the coffee is poured with attention and the cakes taste like they came from someone's kitchen.
We bake in small batches. We source what we can locally. And we keep a stocked shelf of groceries because sometimes the best part of your day is knowing you can grab what you need without driving across town.
Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for an hour with a book, we're glad you stopped by.
What We Do
Three things,
done well
Coffee & Drinks
Single-origin pour-overs, velvety lattes, and espresso drinks made the way they should be — slowly, with good water, and fresh beans. Hot chocolate that actually tastes like chocolate. Iced drinks even in July.
Cake & Baked Goods
Everything baked on-site, in small batches, starting early each morning. Layer cakes for celebrations, croissants that actually flake, sourdough loaves, cookies, and seasonal specials that change with the calendar.
Groceries & Essentials
A thoughtfully stocked shelf of pantry staples, local honey, artisan breads, snacks, and household basics. The kind of things you need but don't want to make a separate trip for. Because convenience shouldn't mean compromise.
